ConfidentialityAll the information given to Children Service staff is treated as confidential and is only passed on with your child’s (according to age and their understanding) agreement except if a child is at risk or where illegal acts have been disclosed. Information is stored on the Directorate’s central computer system and on your and your child’s personal file, only authorized staff have access to these records.
