![]() Call AnsweringWightcare Services holds a number of contracts with a range of organisations. From voluntary help lines to emergency repair providers, including the Isle of Wight Council’s own out of hour’s emergency call service. Having received a call, Wightcare’s Call Centre Operators will then make the appropriate referral on as instructed by the organisation. There is a Call Centre Operator on duty 24 hours per day to provide this service. Call volumes are monitored to ensure that we maintain a high quality service. |
