Calbourne
To the west you will find Upper Calbourne Mill. It is open to the public and houses a machinery exhibition you can also see the six metre high water mill in action. There are lovely gardens to wander around and a cafe selling home baking. The Water Mill has established a reputation for itself as an eco pioneer. The estate is partly powered by wind turbines and renewable materials have been used to construct a showcase building. Further along the road you will find Chessell Pottery. A thriving business where you can watch the pottery being made. There is also a shop and coffee shop at the Pottery.
