Come along to a regular Health Walk and walk your way to health! All walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders, and are fairly level and you can walk at your own pace.

Parkhurst Forest last Monday of every month at 10.30am.
Meet at Hillis Gate off Noke Common

Cowes every Monday at 10.30am
Meet at Northwood House small car park (off Ward Avenue).

Shorwell 1st Tuesday of the month 10.15am Immediate/Advanced 3 hours Some inclines, ask before the walk.
Meet at Shorwell Shute opposite Dell Path Centre

West Wight Mondays 2pm. Beginners/ Improvers; Wednesday 10am. Advanced (3 hours) Meet at Brookside Health Centre, Upper Moa Place, Freshwater.

Lake Every Thursday at 10.30am Walk 1 Beginners/Improvers, Walk 2 Intermediate/Advanced.
Meet by bench at Lake Common. Contact Sylvia 401630 for directions.

Ryde Every Tuesday at 10.30am
Meet outside L.A Bowl, Ryde seafront.

Haylands last Tuesday of the month 10.30am Intermediate Walk
Meet Playstreet Lane Recreation Ground car park

Newport Every Friday at 10.30am
Meet outside Downside Middle School, Furrlongs, Pan

Sandown Walking group for Parents and Children. Usually first Wednesday of the month at 11am
