Application Forms

Building Regulation applications (Building Notice, Full Plans and Regularisation) may be submitted online by clicking here.

Alternatively, applications can be submitted by post and forms are available to download by clicking the links on the left hand side.

Demolition Form

The Demolition Form should be submitted to the Council at least six weeks before the intended works commence. Should you have any queries in relation to any demolition works please contact us.

Request for Radon Report

This form should be completed and submitted to the British Geological Survey. Requests and payments can also be made online via the BGS Shop.

Copies Request Form

This form should be used to obtain copies of Building Regulation Approvals and Completion Certificates from applications dating back to 1980. If you have any queries in connection with this form please contact Kelly Leal.

Building Control fees are available to view online but you may find it useful to download a copy of our fee sheet.
