Surfing on the Isle of Wight

With it's extensive coastline there are a range of beaches suitable for surfing on the Isle of Wight.

Sandown (home of the White Air Extreme Sports Festival), Shanklin an Ventnor on the south east coast, and Brook, Compton and Brighstone Bay all on the south west coast of the island are all popular locations.

If you are planning a surfing trip to the Isle of Wight Surfing and other water sports lessons are available from X-Isle Sports. Offshore sports has stores in Cowes and Shanklin offering a range of Surfing kit and clothing.
